Do You Ship Internationally?

At this stage, we only deliver within South Africa. We hope to expand internationally in the future.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days (depending on your location). Major city centers are usually quicker, while outlying areas may take a little longer. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

How do I place an Order?

Browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order details.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us at orders@sidesofsound.co.za within 12 hours of placing your order. After dispatch, cancellations and changes may not be possible.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to view order history, save shipping details, and receive updates more easily.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery.

How Can I Return a Product?

Our return and refund policy is as follows:

  • New Vinyl: If your order arrives defective or incorrect, please report it within 48 hours of receiving it. We will arrange collection and issue a full refund.

  • Used Vinyl: All second-hand records are sold “as is.” Grading is done carefully, but playback quality may vary. If you believe grading was materially inaccurate and playback is unreasonably affected, please contact us. Where justified, we will provide a full refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
